Daddy Camping 2.0 Cape Disappointment

Cape Disappointment does not disappoint. Located on the far west tip of Washington state, its an awesome place to camp with your kids. Campsites fill up quickly. Luckily I reserved yurts earlier in the season for camping. One of the best parts of CD is the beach is only a stone throw away from the camp. Its perfect for playing on the beach and exploring.

Getting wet is a big part of dad camping.

One of the simplest meals with kids and camping is hobo packs. Just get a big piece of foil rub butter on it, add food, wrap it up and toss it in the fire. It taste awesome and kids get to create their own meal.
